How can admin delete a resignation workflow?

A resignation workflow is the process followed by an employee and their employer when the employee decides to voluntarily leave their job and formally resign from their position.


To delete a resignation workflow, the admin must first disable the active policy.
Once the policy is disabled, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Workflow Setup Workflow Levels. The Workflow Levels page appears. 
  2. Click the ∨ arrow on the required resignation workflow card. The card expands.
  3. Click the Delete button. The Delete Policy pop-up appears. 
  4. Click Confirm to delete the policy. A success message appears.
