How can admin activate a created resignation workflow?

Resignation refers to the voluntary act of an employee formally and officially notifying their employer that they are currently leaving their job or position.


To activate a created resignation workflow, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Workflow Setup Workflow Levels. The Workflow Levels page appears. 
  2. Click the Filter icon. The Apply Filter pop-up appears. 
  3. From the Workflow Type dropdown list, select Resignation
  4. Click Apply to apply the filter. All the resignation workflows appear.
  5. Click the Active tab to view all the active resignation workflow cards. 
  6. Click the ∨ arrow on the required resignation workflow card. The card expands.
  7. Click the Activate button. The Activate Policy pop-up appears. 
  8. Click Confirm to activate the workflow. A success message appears.
