Compensatory off is a practice in the workplace where an employee is given time off to compensate for additional hours worked beyond their normal working hours or during holidays or weekends.
To introduce a new comp off policy in the organization, the admin must perform the following actions:
- Set up the required comp off policy using greytHR.
- Map the comp off policy with the existing leave scheme.
