The employee is required to submit lender details along with the tax exemption claim form while submitting their IT declaration.
An employee's IT declaration process provides information about their income, deductions, and other relevant details to their employer for the purpose of calculating and withholding the correct amount of income tax from their salary or wages.
To make the lender details mandatory for IT declaration, the admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Miscellaneous > Advanced Options. The Advanced Options page opens.
In the Search search box, enter Lender. The page displays lender options.
Select the Make Lender’s Name and PAN mandatory checkbox.
Click Save to make lender details mandatory for IT declaration. A success message appears.
