How can admin filter the attendance data of the employees?

The Attendance DailyView feature helps the admin to perform a detailed analysis of attendance data and helps identify trends and patterns within an organization. 


To filter the attendance data of the employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Leave > Main > Attendance DailyView. The Attendance DailyView page opens.
  2. In the Group Categories section, from the Select Category dropdown list, select the required categories.
  3. Click Save to save the selected categories. The page displays the details in the table such as Late In, Not Yet In, On Time, On Leave, and Total Employees based on the selected category.
  4. In the table, click the Filter icon. The Apply Filter window opens.
  5. Select the required filter options.
  6. Click Apply to filter the attendance data of the employees.
