What are the LWF changes in Haryana?

Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) is a fund created by the state governments of India to support initiatives that improve the well-being of workers. The Haryana Labour Welfare (LWF) Board is established by the Haryana Government. 


The latest revised LWF rates by the Haryana government aim to provide more benefits to workers in Haryana, effective June 2023. The following are the revised LWF rates:

Note: LWF is calculated at 0.2% of the Gross Salary.  Now the employees can contribute up to a maximum of Rs.31 and employers up to Rs.62 towards the fund.
