Why are you increasing prices?

Over the last 18 months, we've shipped more than 200 enhancements across HR, payroll, compliance, and reporting — all included in your plan. We've also added greytHR NAVOS AI, our agentic AI assistant, at no additional cost. All of these additions make the product significantly more powerful.

Additionally, the Indian Rupee has weakened by approximately 9–10% against the US Dollar since January 2025, and a large share of the tools we use to run greytHR are billed in US Dollars. Cloud, storage, and security costs have also gone up. We've absorbed rising costs behind the scenes so far and we’re only passing on what’s absolutely necessary. 

This modest 7% adjustment helps us keep delivering the world-class service you expect from greytHR, and lets us keep building the platform for you.
