How can employees track the progress of a request submitted?

  1. Both employees and managers can track their submitted requests by navigating to the Pending tab in Request Hub

  2. Select the View Details option to check the real-time status updates and a complete timeline of who has reviewed the request and what actions were taken.

Note: Only initiators and reviewers will be able to track the request status.
