Can recruiters edit or delete a rejection reason after adding it as a reason for a candidate?

Yes. Recruiters can edit or delete a rejection reason even after it has been used. The reason will still be visible in the Rejected Reason field for previously rejected candidates, but it will not appear in the dropdown for new candidate entries.
