Recruiters may need to reject candidates at various stages of the hiring process for reasons such as skill mismatch, lack of availability, or not meeting company requirements.

To apply a rejection reason while rejecting a candidate, hover the 9-dot menu and go to Recruitment > Jobs from the greytHR Admin portal

  1. Select the job card and click on the candidate.

  2. Under Candidate Status, choose Rejected.

  3. Select the appropriate rejection reason.

  4.  Click Reject notify if you want to notify the candidate, or select Reject.

Alternatively, you can also reject candidates from the Candidates tab by selecting the candidate, clicking Jobs, choosing the job card, and marking the status as Rejected.

Note: After the candidate is rejected, you can view the reason for rejection under Candidate Status.
