How do I add/rename leave types in the greytHR Starter Plan?

In the greytHR Starter Plan, while you cannot create entirely new leave types, you can rename an existing one to suit your requirements.
To rename or modify a leave type, perform the following steps:

  1. From the greytHR Starter Plan account, hover over the 9 dots menu and click Quick Start Guide.

  2. Under Your Step by Step Onboarding Guide, select Track your employee leaves.

  3. Click Leave Settings. 

  4. From General, click the Edit icon available.

  5. Add all the required details and click Save Changes.


Once renamed, employees can apply for this leave type, and it will follow the usual approval process.
