How do we delete or correct an email id added incorrectly while adding an employee in the greytHR Starter Plan if the delete option is not visible?

Sometimes, an incorrect email ID may be entered by mistake while adding a new employee to the system. If the delete option is not visible to correct the incorrect email ID you can edit the information from the Analytics Hub page.

  1. From your greytHR Starter account, hover over the 9 dots menu and go to Employee Main Analytics Hub.

  2. Click the Employee name to update the details.

Note: If the delete option is not available, please check if the employee has any processed data (like payroll or attendance). In such cases, deletion might be restricted.
