How do I delete an employee in the greytHR Starter Plan?

The greytHR Starter Plan is a simple, ready-to-use solution for managing core HR, payroll, leave, and attendance—all in one place. 

To delete an employee from your greytHR Starter Plan, click the Search icon available at the top right of the home page.

  1. Enter Delete Employee in the Search Here search box

  2. From select an employee search box, search for the employee you want to delete.

  3. Click Delete. The Delete Employee pop-up appears.

  4. Select the I acknowledge that the employee data will be deleted permanently check box.

  5. Click Confirm.
