Yes. The Starter Plan includes the option to raise support tickets. For a seamless resolution process, use the "Ask a Question" feature to submit your query.


Steps to Raise a Ticket:

  • Go to the "Get Help" section at the bottom right of your greytHR Homepage and click Ask a Question and enter your query to get assistance.
