How do I generate payslips in the greytHR Starter Plan?

Generating payslips is a crucial step after payroll processing. With greytHR, you can quickly create accurate, compliant payslips ensuring transparency and timely communication. 


From greytHR Starter Plan, you can generate payslips for All EmployeesSelected Employees, and Multiple employees.


To generate payslips from the greytHR Starter Plan hover over the 9 dots menu and click Payroll > Payout > Payslips.


  1. Under the Payslip tab, select the Selected employees option. 

  2. Select the employees using the checkbox adjacent to the Employee Name column.

  3. Select Consolidated Payslip as PDF/Multiple Payslip as Zip as per your requirements.

  4. Click Add Remarks

  5. Click Download As PDF to download the payslips to your local system.

  6. Click Send Email. The Send Payslip pop-up appears displaying the number of employees selected to whom you want to send the payslips.

  7. Click Confirm.
