How do the TCS/TDS details appear in IT statements?

The TCS/TDS Declarations appear as additional line items under the Tax Paid Till Date section in the IT statement. These details include:

  • TCS Deduction

  • TDS Deduction

To view the TCS/TDS deductions in the Income Tax Statement, login to the greytHR Admin portal, and go to Payroll Payroll Inputs > Income Tax.

  1. Select the employee, scroll down, and click Download.

  2. In the selected employee’s Income Tax Statement, the Tax Paid Till Date section displays the TCS/TDS Deductions.

This ensures that the taxes already deducted or collected are clearly reflected in your statement.
