Hiring Manager
Interviewer
Sourcer
Coordinator
Profile Reviewer
These roles are assigned at a job level
Recruiter
A recruiter can manage the entire job lifecycle. They can manage a candidate’s status, schedule an interview, roll out an offer and message candidates. They can also access their team members jobs.
Hiring Manager
A hiring manager can view a job, can schedule interviews and can access reports of their hiring team.
Interviewer
An interviewer can view the candidate list and submit interview scorecard. They have restricted access to confidential information like compensation, offer letter, pre and post onboarding documents.
Sourcer
A sourcer can source candidates and add the candidates to the respective job.
Co-ordinator
A Co-ordinator can schedule the interviews of a candidate with the interviewers. They can also ask the interviewer to share the interview feedback about the candidate.
Profile Reviewer
A profile reviewer can review candidates, shortlist them and move to another stage.
