How can admin view consolidated invoices of the clients from greytHR PRO?

The Invoices in greytHR PRO is a centralized platform tailored for Payroll Service Provider (PSP) admins to handle all their invoicing and payment requirements efficiently in one place.

The consolidated invoices display all the invoices from the past 12 months. If the admin needs to access an older invoice, they can select the desired month using the calendar filter.

To view consolidated invoices of the clients from greytHR PRO, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Pro account, navigate to Clients Invoices. The Invoices page opens.

  2. Click the Consolidated tab. The page displays the balance due with the details on the tax invoice.

  3. Under the Lists section, in the Search Invoice search box, search for the required invoice. The invoices appear.

  4. Click the Calendar icon available next to the Search Invoice search box. A calendar pop-up appears.

  5. Select the required month. The system displays the selected month’s consolidated invoices. You can also select multiple months to view invoices for those selected months.

  6. Click Download to download the tax invoice into your system.
