The Full and Final Settlement payslips of employees appear blank after downloading them if the Use HTML Page Layout For Settlement Payslip Header And Footer option is enabled on the Advanced Options page. To resolve this issue, the admin must disable this option.
To disable Use HTML Page Layout For Settlement Payslip Header And Footer option. The admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Miscellaneous > Advanced Options. The Advanced Options page opens.
In the Search search box, enter Use HTML Page Layout For Settlement Payslip Header And Footer. The option appears on the table.
Deselect the checkbox available next to the Use HTML Page Layout For Settlement Payslip Header And Footer option.
Click Save to disable the selected option.
