Can admin configure the payslip format to ensure the Overtime Hours column is displayed only when there are overtime hours for an employee, and hidden when there are no overtime hours for any given month?

Yes. The admin can configure the payslip format to ensure the Overtime Hours column is displayed only when there are overtime hours for an employee. 

For this, the admin must enable the Hide Zero Null Components in Payslips Headers And Footers option from the Advanced Options page.


To enable this option, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings Miscellaneous Advanced Options. The Advanced Options page opens.

  2. In the Search search box, enter Hide Zero Null Components in Payslips Headers And Footers. The option appears on the table.

  3. Select the checkbox available next to the Hide Zero Null Components in Payslips Headers And Footers option.

  4. Click Save to enable the selected option.
