Processing payroll is essential for ensuring that employees receive their salaries and benefits accurately and on time.
The admin must ensure to disable the Disable Process All - Payroll option to view the Process Payroll button on the Payroll Process page.
To disable the option, the admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > User Administration > User Roles. The User Roles page appears.
2. Select the user to whom you want to disable the access and click the Edit icon. A page opens.
3. From the Category dropdown list, select Select Category.
4. In the Search search box, type Disable Process All - Payroll.
5. Select Disable Process All - Payroll and disable the Read Access and Write Access checkboxes.
6. Click Save to update the changes.
