A Flexible Benefit Plan (FBP) customizes the employees' salary breakup to achieve maximum tax benefits.

If the admin has enabled the Hide Zero Entitlement Valued Components in ESS option then the employee will not be able to declare FBP from their ESS portal.

As an admin, to disable the option, you must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Miscellaneous > Advanced Options. The Advanced Options page opens.

2. From the Section dropdown list, search for FBP. The FBP settings options appear in the table.

3. In the Search search box, enter Hide Zero Entitlement Valued Components in ESS. The table displays the option.

4. Deselect the Hide Zero Entitlement Valued Components in ESS checkbox.

5. Click Save to disable the option. A success message appears.
