An employee submits POI but while considering it, the admin is unable to view the proofs and rejects the POI. How can admin retrieve the proofs submitted by the employee?

The Proof of Investment (POI) process involves employees submitting evidence of their investments to avail of tax savings.


As an admin, you can customize the proof submission settings to either Section-wise or Common attachment. If an employee submits the proofs when the Common attachment option is enabled from the POI Settings page and you later change it to the Section-wise attachment option, you must then disable the Common option to retrieve the employee's proofs and vice versa.

You can also delete and re-release the POI for any changes to be implemented if the employee is yet to submit their POI.
