The greytHR mobile app is designed to provide users with convenient access to various HR and payroll functionalities on their mobile devices. 

To ensure successful attendance marking with the greytHR Visage Kiosk, employees must adhere to the specified do’s and don'ts.

Do’s:

  • Place the router where the network signal is strong, aiming for 3-4 bars on the indicator for a good connection.

  • Encourage natural blinking to ensure effective image capture during attendance marking.

  • Mark attendance covering more than 50% of the face in the camera.

  • Ensure to register a good quality image, so that the employees can mark attendance seamlessly. 

Don'ts:

  • Avoid placing Visage in poorly lit areas to capture clear faces.

  • Prevent using the kiosk with low battery levels to avoid potential camera issues.

  • Discourage slow blinks for accurate image capture during attendance marking.

  • Caution against inadequate face coverage to ensure a clear capture.
