Attendance regularization refers to the process of adjusting and rectifying attendance records to account for any discrepancies, errors, or missing entries in the attendance data of employees.

To set the attendance regularization limits for employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Attendance > Attendance Policy. The Attendance Policy page opens.

  2. Select the required attendance policy card and click the Edit Policy Info icon. The card opens.

  3. From the Attendance Status Criteria dropdown list, select Regularization Rules.

  4. Select the All Rules tab. The page displays all the regularization rules.

  5. Select the Limit for applications in a month checkbox and click the Edit icon available on the card. The card expands.

  6. From the Maximum number of day(s) employee can apply for regularization in a month spin box, select the required number of days.

  7. Click Save. The card closes.

  8. Click Finish to update the regularization limit. A success message appears.
