How can employee rectify the error message - This leave cannot be applied for a period that is spread across two leave years?

Leave refers to authorized time off from work granted to employees for various reasons, such as vacation, personal reasons, illness, or other specific circumstances.

An employee can view the error message This leave cannot be applied for a period that is spread across two leave years sometimes while applying for leave.


If your organization's leave calendar year is January to December or April to March. The application can show the error if an employee's leave starts in one leave year and ends in the next leave year. 


To solve this error, the employee must apply for both leave years separately.
