Payslips are documents provided to employees by their employers, monthly to outline the details of their earnings and deductions for a specific pay period. Payslips serve as a record of the employee's salary or wages and provide important financial information.
To release payslips to the employees, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Payroll > Main > Overview. The Overview page opens.
- Select the relevant payroll month.
- Next to the Employee View Release field, there are two options available: Release and Hold. Click Release. The system calculates and releases the payslip for the employees.
