The super admins in the organization can access the Attendance DailyView feature by default. However, if other users in the organization require access, the super admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to the Settings icon > User Administration > User > User Roles. The User Roles page opens.
- Click Add Role button. A form appears.
- In the Role ID text box, enter the relevant ID.
- In the Description box, enter the description of the role.
- From the Category dropdown list, select Attendance. The list of attendance feature appears.
- Select the Read Access and Write Access options using the checkbox available next to the Attendance DailyView feature.
- Click Save to update the changes.
