Employee reimbursement claim requests refer to the process by which employees seek reimbursement for expenses incurred on behalf of their employer or expenses related to their job duties.
To view the reimbursement claim requests, the employee must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR ESS portal, navigate to Salary > Reimbursement. The Reimbursement page opens.
- Click the My Claims tab. The page displays all the Draft, Pending, and History tabs.
- Draft: The tab displays all the reimbursement applications you are raising but haven't submitted for approval.
- Pending: The tab displays all the reimbursement applications submitted for approval.
- History: The tab displays all the reimbursement applications that are closed. They could have been approved, rejected, or withdrawn.
