Monitoring employees' regularization requests means keeping track of and overseeing the requests made by employees to regularize or adjust their records.

An attendance override typically refers to a situation where someone is granted permission to attend a particular event, class, meeting, or activity despite not meeting the usual attendance requirements or criteria.

The difference between Override and Regularize features is as follows:

  • Override - The Manager or Admin overrides an employee’s attendance if the employee is unavailable or unable to regularize his/her attendance.
Note: Override option is completely dependent on the admin configuration of your settings.
  • Regularize - An employee regularizes his/her attendance based on the organization policy, such as month-end attendance processing or when sign-in/out data of the employee is not available for a period. The request further goes for the Manager's approval.
