Employee leave balance refers to the amount of leave or paid time off (PTO) that an employee has available for use within a given period.
To view the leave balance information, the employee must perform the following steps:
- From the greytHR ESS login, navigate to Leave > Leave Balances. The Leave Balances page opens and displays different leave type cards with the balance.
- Click the View Details option on the required card to view the detailed information of the leave balance.
