How can admin unpublish payslip for individual employee?

Payroll refers to the process of managing and administering an organization's financial records related to employee compensation. The greytHR's Payroll Release page helps the admin to lock/release the payroll for a few employees.


To unpublish the payslip for an individual employee, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Payroll > Admin > Payroll Release. The Payroll Release page opens.
  2. From the Status dropdown list, select the status as Published.
  3. Select the employee from the list using the checkbox available next to the employee’s name.
  4. Click Unpublish Selected to unpublish the payslip for the selected employee.
