Payslips are important for both employees and organizations as they provide detailed information about employee earnings, deductions, and taxes.
To preview and download the payslip of an employee, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Payroll > Payroll Inputs > Salary. The Salary page opens.
- From the Search Employee search box, enter the employee number or name for whom you want to view and download the payslip.
- Click the Preview Payslip button. The Preview pop-up appears.
- In the Preview pop-up, click the Download button to download the payslip in pdf format.
