How can employee track their claims application in ESS Portal?

Claims are the reimbursement claims that the employee requests from the employer for the expenditure done from their pocket for an office project. 


To track the claims application in the ESS portal, the employee must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR ESS portal, navigate to Home > Track widget > Claims. The Track Workflows page opens.
    Note: The Track widget is visible as a card on the Home page
  2. Under Track Claims Applications, you can view your claims. Click the required application to view more details.
    Alternatively, you can navigate to Home > Expense Claims. The My Expense Claims page opens to view and track all your claim applications.
