How can admin view payslip of employees whose salaries are on hold?

Viewing payslips of employees whose salary is on hold refers to the ability to access or review the salary statement or payslip of employees whose salary payments are temporarily suspended or withheld for a specific period. Only an admin can access the payslips of employees whose salaries are on hold.


To view the payslips of those  employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Payroll > Payout > Payslips. The Payslips page opens.
  2. Under the Settlement Payslip tab, click the Selected employees option. A list appears.
  3. Select the required employee from the list.
  4. Click Consolidated Settlement Payslip as PDF or Multiple Settlement Payslips as Zip option as per your requirements.
  5. Click the Download as PDF or Send Email option as per your requirements.
    Note: When you select Send Email option, a pop-up appears.
  6. Click Confirm to send the payslip via mail.
