An Income Tax statement (often called a tax return) is a summary of employees taxable income, deductions, and calculated tax liability for a specific financial year. It's an essential document for tax authorities to assess employees tax responsibilities and ensure compliance.
To download the IT statement, the employee must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR ESS portal, navigate to Salary > IT Statement. The IT Statement page opens.
On the right side of the screen, next to the Download icon click the Month dropdown list and select the month for which you want to download the IT statement. The selected month’s IT statement displays.
Click the Download icon to download your previous month’s IT statement.
