How can admin add a challan in Form 24Q?

Form 24Q is an Indian tax form used for reporting the details of tax deducted at source (TDS) from salaries.

The greytHR's Form 24Q page helps the admins to generate Form 24Q in a simplified way. You can file deductor details, challan details, and Annexure-I details in the first three quarters.  


To add a challan, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Payroll > Admin > Form24Q. The Form24Q page opens.
  2. From the Year dropdown list, select the required financial year.
  3. Click Challans to view the challan for the particular financial year.
  4. Click Add Challan. Challan form appears.
  5. Fill in the required details.
  6. Click Save to add the challan. 

Note: After adding the challans, the admin can allocate employees in the challan.
