How can admin view Income Tax details of an employee?

The Income Tax components in payroll software is an essential part of ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, maintaining accurate payroll records, and minimizing the risk of costly errors or penalties. 

To view the Income Tax details of an employee, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Payroll Payroll Inputs Income Tax. The Income Tax page opens.
  2. From the search an employee Search box, search for the employee whose Income Tax details you want to view. The Tax Related Components list appears.
  3. Click the Income tab to view the Income Tax details of the selected employee. You can also click Preview/Download to preview or download the selected employee's income tax details.
