How can the admin download the CSI (Challan Status Inquiry) file?

You can download the CSI file from the Tax Information Network page of the Income Tax Department.

To download the CSI file, perform the following actions:

From your greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Tax Information Network page of the Income Tax Department. Here is the link: https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/servlet/QueryTaxpayer
Click the TAN Based View tab. The Challan Status Query for Tax Payer page opens.
In the Tax Deduction/Collection Account Number text box, type your TAN number.
In the Challan Tender Date/Date of Deposit field, choose the From and To dates of the quarter for which you are filing the challan.
In the text box appearing next to Enter text as in above image, Enter the captcha that appears above the text box. You can refresh the captcha if the displayed captcha is not clear for you.
After the verification of entered details, the Download Challan file button is automatically enabled. Click the Download Challan file to download the CSI file.
