How can admin view employee's perquisite details in greytHR?

Within greytHR, perquisite details refer to the additional benefits or allowances provided to employees, beyond their regular salary. These perquisites may include items like company-provided vehicles, housing allowances, medical benefits, or any other non-cash benefits offered to employees. 

To view an employee's perquisite details in the greytHR application, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Payroll > Payroll Inputs > Income Tax. The Income Tax page opens.
  2. From the search an employee search box, search for the employee whose perquisite details you want to view.
  3. Click the Perquisite tab to view the perquisite details of the selected employee.
