Within greytHR, perquisite details refer to the additional benefits or allowances provided to employees, beyond their regular salary. These perquisites may include items like company-provided vehicles, housing allowances, medical benefits, or any other non-cash benefits offered to employees.
To view an employee's perquisite details in the greytHR application, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Payroll > Payroll Inputs > Income Tax. The Income Tax page opens.
- From the search an employee search box, search for the employee whose perquisite details you want to view.
- Click the Perquisite tab to view the perquisite details of the selected employee.
