Yes. You can configure the desired confirmation reasons through the List of Values page. By default, 5 reasons are pre-configured. You can add up more confirmation reasons as per your requirements.
To configure the confirmation reasons, perform the following actions:
- Click the Settings icon, and navigate to System Settings > General > List of Values.
- From the dropdown list, select Confirmation Reason.
- The current list of values for the selected list is shown (if any).
- At the end of the list, a blank row is always available for you to add new values. You can enter the new confirmation reason in the blank row.
- Click Save to save the values.
