Can admin add/configure list of probation extension reasons which can be used for reviewers while extending employee probation?

Yes. You can configure the desired confirmation reasons through the List of Values page. By default, 5 reasons are pre-configured. You can add up more confirmation reasons as per your requirements. 

To configure the confirmation reasons, perform the following actions: 

1. Click the Settings icon, and navigate to System Settings > General > List of Values. 
2. From the dropdown list, select Confirmation Reason.
3. The current list of values for the selected list is shown (if any).  
4. At the end of the list, a blank row is always available for you to add new values. You can enter the new confirmation reason in the blank row. 
5. Click Save to save the values.
