How can employee view transactions related to their loan?

A loan is a financial agreement where a lender provides funds to a borrower, who agrees to repay the borrowed amount along with interest over a specified period of time.


To view the transactions related to your loan, the employee must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR ESS login, navigate to Salary Loan and Advances. The Loan and Advances page opens.
  2. Click the My Loan tab. A list of active loans appears. 
  3. Click View Details. The page displays Interest RateInstallment PaidMonthly Installment, and Balance Principal.
    Note:  If no transaction has taken place, no details will appear.
