In the absence of reviewer, can admin take action to approve or forward confirmation workflow to next level?

greytHR's Confirmation module offers a hassle-free transition from probation to a full-time employee. 

Yes. The admin can take action on behalf of the manager to approve/forward the confirmation workflow to next level.

To take action on behalf of the manager, the admin must perform the following actions:

• From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Workflow > Monitor > Confirmation. The Confirmation page opens.
  Additionally, the admin can enable the auto-forward option which helps in moving the confirmation workflow automatically to the next level reviewer.
