How can admin enable ESI eligibility for employees in bulk on greytHR? (Video)

ESI refers to Employees' State Insurance. This is a self-financing social security and health insurance scheme for the working class and is run by ESI Corporation.

To enable ESI eligibility for employees in bulk, perform the following actions:

1. From your greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Employee > Admin > Excel Import. The Excel Import page appears.
2. From the Importer Type dropdown list, enter Employee PF/ESI Details.
3. Click Import From Excel. The Step 1: Excel Importer tab appears.
4. Click Download a sample file. The file downloads in your system.
5. Open the file. The file displays sample data.
6. Remove the data and fill in the required details.
7. Save the file. 
8. Upload the file and click Next > Next.
