No, the admin cannot release an IT statement for a single employee. The admin can only mail the IT statement to the individual employee.

An income tax statement is a document or statement that individuals or businesses prepare and submit to the tax authorities to report their income, deductions, and tax liability for a specific tax year.

To mail an IT statement to the individual employee, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports Reports Reports Gallery.  The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. Under the All Reports tab, in the search box, enter Income Tax Statement. Select the report from search results.
  3. From the IT Statement As On drop-down list, select the payroll month.
  4. Select the Selected Employees option if you want to mail the IT statement for an individual employee. After selecting the Selected Employees option, you can see the employee list. To select an employee from the list, select the check box adjacent to their name. You can also search for an employee by entering their name in select an employee search box.
  5. Click Email to mail the report for the selected employee.
  6. Email Report confirmation pop-up appears. Click Confirm to send the mail.
