How can employee apply for leave in mobile application?

Applying leave from a mobile app refers to the ability of employees to request time off or leave directly from a mobile application. 

To apply for leave in mobile application, the employee must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR mobile application, navigate to Explore Leave Apply Leave. The leave screen appears.

  2. Under Apply for Leaves card, tap Apply Now. The Apply screen appears.

  3. Tap Leave. The Leave Type form appears.

  4. Select the required type of general leave. A form appears.

  5. Select the relevant From Date by tapping the Calendar icon to select the date range. A calendar appears.

  6. Tap Select.

  7. From the Select To Session, select the required session. The selected date range is applied.

  8. Select the To Date by tapping the Calendar icon to select the date range. A calendar appears.

  9. Tap Select.

  10. From the Select To Session, select the required session. The selected date range is applied.

  11. The Applying to field displays the immediate manager or reviewer of the leave application. You can also inform a team member by adding their name with the CC option.

  12. In the Reason textbox, enter the reason, if any.   

  13. In the Attachment field, tap the + icon and attach a relevant file, if any.

  14. In the Contact Details textbox, enter your contact information.

  15. Tap Apply to submit your leave application.
    Note: The application moves to the Pending stage until the respective manager or reviewer takes action.
