Can admin retrieve/extract data of a disabled entity without disturbing data of another entity?

Yes. Once the admin disables an entity, the user login and password related to that entity also deactivate.


To retrieve the data of a disabled entity, you must activate the user login/multi-company.


The greytHR's Multi Company Info page allows you to add and manage your entity companies that work with other clients.


To activate/deactivate an entity, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR admin login, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings General > Multi Company Info. The Multi Company Info page opens.
  2. From the Company dropdown list, select the company which you want to activate/deactivate.
  3. Click Activate/De-Activate button to activate/deactivate the company. A success message appears.
