How can admin view attendance information of employee?

Attendance information is data that capture an employee's presence or absence in a particular setting, typically in the context of work, education, or events. The admin can monitor the swipe data per employee. The data is drawn from the Employee Portal. 


To view the swipes of the employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Leave > Information > Attendance Info. The Attendance Info page opens.
  2. From the Search Employee search box, search for the employee whose attendance information you want to view.
  3. Click the Calendar or Table tab based on the type of view in which you want to view the attendance information.
