How can admin view attendance swipes of employees?

Swipes generally refer to the time clock entries or timestamps captured when employees clock in or out of work, typically using electronic timekeeping devices or systems.


To view the attendance swipes of the employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Leave > Information Employee Swipes. The Employee Swipes page opens.
  2. Under the Select Dates dropdown calendar, select the required dates.
  3. Under the Date Type dropdown list, select swipe date.
  4. In the Employee Search search box, search for the employee whose attendance swipes you want to view.
  5. Click the Swipes tab. The table appears and displays Swipe Time, In/Out, Door/Address, and Actual Hours.
