Where can the employees view the details that they have filled on their Employee Onboarding form?

The Employee Onboarding form is a crucial document used during the hiring process to collect and organize essential information about new employees. It serves as a comprehensive record that helps streamline the onboarding process and ensures all necessary details are captured efficiently.


To view the details that you filled in on your Employee Onboarding form, the employee must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR ESS portal, click the View My Info option available in the top left corner. The Employee Information page opens.
  2. Click the required section on the left side of the page to view the filled details.
